What You’ll Do
As our HVAC Sales Manager, you’ll drive revenue growth, coach and develop a motivated team, and execute sales strategies that align with our business goals. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our customers receive best-in-class service and our team exceeds performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop the Sales Team:
Inspire and guide a team of sales reps and support staff through coaching, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Drive Revenue Growth:
Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and profit goals in the residential HVAC market.
- Achieve Key KPIs:
Monitor conversion rates, deal sizes, and lead quality—adjust strategies as needed to stay on track.
- Optimize Sales Processes:
Align sales workflows with company initiatives and collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless execution.
- Use Data to Drive Decisions:
Analyze performance data, market insights, and customer trends to improve efficiency and results.
- Partner with Leadership:
Set financial targets with senior leadership and drive initiatives that impact bottom-line performance.
What You Bring
- Proven success in sales leadership within HVAC, home services, or a similar industry
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- High energy, results-driven mindset, and a passion for developing people
