Sewer Sales Manager

Len The Plumber is looking for a Sewer Sales Manager to drive performance, develop strategy, and lead with purpose across our Central Maryland market.

As the Sewer Sales Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in growing our sewer division’s revenue, mentoring a driven team of sales professionals, and delivering results through process, performance, and partnership.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Team Management:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives and sales support staff.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork among sales staff, service department, & installation department.

Sales Growth and Development:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the residential Sewer market.
  • Develop & implement market specific strategies to maximize opportunities.

KPI Achievement:

  • Monitor and track KPIs related to sales performance (e.g., conversion rates, average deal size, lead generation).
  • Implement corrective actions when necessary to meet or exceed targets.

Process Optimization:

  • Establish and maintain consistent sales processes that align with our platform strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Use insights to refine strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.

Financial Targets:

  • Collaborate with senior management to set revenue and profit targets.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve these financial goals.

What You Bring:

  • Proven success leading sales teams in home services or home improvement – plumbing/sewer industry preferred
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to develop people and drive culture
  • Skilled in CRM systems, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office
  • Analytical thinker who thrives on metrics and achieving KPIs
  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 50%, with some occasional overnights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant experience
